Day 62- HARDbody challenge

After taking 1 week off from my workouts, I am back to running and leg workouts. I will still take 1 more week off from any shoulder exercises though. I ran 4 miles today and ran 9:40 minute mile. Slowly improving thats for sure!!

HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds

Bicep Curl/Punch

 

 

 

Box Jump

Around the World/Knee Tuck(at each end, raise the knee to your elbow for a knee tuck)

10 Side Step/Knee Raise(alternate)

Revere Pull Up(put sandbag on hips and waist for added intensity)
