I am super excited to say I was able to do a few workouts today… During our HARDbody class I did some squats, abs and jumping jacks without using my arms. I then came home and ran 2 miles! YAY! I didn’t run very fast but enough to burn some calories. When I run I usually swing my arms like a maniac, seriously…. So with the shoulder strain, I mobilized my arms. Worked out pretty well 🙂
I have a hard time staying on track with my eating when I’m not working out. So I am very excited that I was able to start my workout today. I won’t be doing anything that puts weight on my upper body for another week but doing legs, abs and some running will help me stay on track the next week.
Our next challenge is starting now! 30 more days of intense, ass kickin, calorie burnin workouts are coming your way! Remember, we’ve got 40 days left until we need to have reached our overall goal. What is your goal for the next 4 weeks? Set small attainable goals, eat clean and train like a badass. You WILL reach your goals! You CAN do this! Let’s get sexy by summer!
