Day 57- HARDbody challenge

HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds

 

5 Plank Leg Hops/Sandbag Pull(hop feet over then pull your sandbag foward as you walk on your hands and toes then drag sandbag back)

100 High Knees

Bicep Curl/ Shoulder Press

100 High Knees

Lunge/Knee Raise(hold your weight or sandbag above head in hand that knee is raising)

100 High Knees 100 High Knees
