Day 56- HARDbody challenge

Just a quick update on my shoulder: Today it seems to be feeling better. I don’t have the pain like I had over the weekend and now it’s more of a dull ache all down my arm and through my neck and side along with some soreness, stiffness and some cramping. Overall, I think this is a sign of progress. I have been wearing a sling during the time that I train since I’m standing so much and still taking my Aleve and muscle rubs… I feel like I will be able to get on the treadmill tomorrow to walk and maybe do an incline walk too. Then hoping by Thursday I can add in some squats, lunges etc… I will wait the full 2 weeks to do any sort of upper body workout or running since I swing my arms a lot during running. I could use some words of encouragement right about now. Mainly because I find it very hard to stay on track with my eating when I’m not working out. My thought process goes like this “whats the point of eating healthy when you aren’t even working out” Now, of course, I know this is not true and eating healthy will help me just maintain where I am at which is what I desperately need because the other direction is not an option.

I am looking forward to your check in tomorrow! I hope that you are all doing well and staying as focused as you can be. The summer is right around the corner and we all need to be ready for bathing suit season!

HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 4 rounds

Crab Walk/Kick(walk acros room then 6 kicks, alternate)

10 Mt Climbers/10 Mule Kicks






5 Squat & Press/5 Oblique Lean(use your weights, sandbag etc)

Knee Tucks
