Day 53-HARDbody challenge

Last workout of the week! Smash it! I managed to injure my shoulder during my last workout so I will be taking my first day off in almost 8 weeks! Eeekk! It’s not bad but enough to where I know I can’t push through any of these workouts. Even walking jars it…. SOOOO I hope you enjoy this workout as much I know that I would if I were doing it. Tomorrow is my 4 week progress check-in. Yours is next Wednesday. I gave myself certain goals for my birthday, that is why I am doing mine tomorrow. Can’t wait to show you all the progress I am making. I hope I can be of some inspiration. These workouts will get you to where you want to be, you just have to do them! HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds

Squat/Push-Up/Tuck Jump(40lb sandbag during squat)



5 Mule Kicks/ 5 Mt. Climbers

5 Box Jumps/5 Prisoner Squats(jump on chair, step, sofa etc)






Leap Frog/Bicep Curl(leap frog to your sandbag, bicep curl with 40lb sandbag, leap frog back)



1 minute work, 3 rounds


In and Outs(starting position as listed below, extend legs out straight and lean back then back to starting position)

Straight Leg Abs(once the legs are at the top, raise the butt off the ground with legs straight up)
