HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 75 High Knees then at the very end, take a 1 minute break, 4 rounds

2 Reptile Push-Up/ Box Jump

75 High Knees-

Clean and Press(40lb sandbag)

75 High Knees-

5 Pistol Squats(alternate)

75 High Knees-

Reverse Pull-Up(place 40lb sandbag on hips and thighs)

75 High Knees-
