Day 50- HARDbody challenge

Now is the time to keep pushing forward, no stopping us now! Persistance is  going to get us that HARDbody we are working towards. I know it is tough. I know there are times you want to give up. I know you are hungry for junk food. Keep your eyes focused on your goal. Keep your mind focused on healthy food. Keep your body focused on harder workouts. We are almost there! Just getting through the past 7 weeks has been so rewarding for me so I know that you are feeling the same way. If you haven’t started your fitness journey, you can start now! HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds

Half Burpee, Reptile/Row(40lb sandbag)


















Sandbag Shovel(place bag on ground by foot and raise from ground all the way up to opposite side, keeping arms straight)

10 Squat Jacks/ 10 Leg Hops




Around the ball Abs(use the position listed below, add ab ball under legs. Ab ball is used to bring legs over it not to balance on. Bring legs from side to side, touching the ground)

Inner Thigh Squat/Knee Raise(place 40lb sandbag on shoulders, after inner thigh squat, knee raise each side)

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 3 rounds
