Day 42- HARDbody challenge

HARDbody workout

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds

Jump Lunge/Squat(alternate legs then squat)

Sandbag Spider Crawl(put your sandbag or weight infront of you and pull with alternating arm then go backwards with same movement)

 Elevated Side Lunge(elevate one leg on chair or a cushion while performing side lunge)

Sandbag Spider Crawl(put your sandbag or weight infront of you and pull with alternating arm then go backwards with same movement)

Squat

 Sandbag Spider Crawl(put your sandbag or weight infront of you and pull with alternating arm then go backwards with same movement)

Elevated Push-Up

 Sandbag Spider Crawl(put your sandbag or weight infront of you and pull with alternating arm then go backwards with same movement)

ABS

1 minute, 3 rounds
