You may think that you can’t do this because you are busy, too weak, the kids, work etc BUT you can! This workout is only 22 minutes! You can go at your own pace, whether it’s 1 squat or 10 squats. Do what you can do because ultimately, you have to start somewhere… You probably think that I have all the time in the world since this is my job, well I’m just like you. It’s hard to fit it in but I have made the decision that I HAVE to do this! There are days that I’m sooo tired, sore, busy or just don’t want to but I do. All of these workouts are designed to be done in the comfort of you own home but if you need a little extra push, we have our HARDbody class as well. 5 weeks ago, I never would have thought I could have done this so I know where you are coming from. It will be hard. It’s gonna hurt. If there’s a day you can’t squeeze it in, then that’s ok, just continue the next day. There is no right or wrong, just start by making decisions that fit your life. It’s so important to do this, make it convenient, make it fun and make it fit! If I don’t do my workout at the same time everyday, I get thrown off schedule and just won’t do it. I had to make the COMMITMENT to do this and find what fit into my life. With so many unhealthy options out there, it’s hard to stay focused on our eating as well. I have had to have a mental change and realize that this is going to be my lifestyle because I LOVE feeling healthy and fit over the fat and tired feeling. No diets, no fads, just HARD work and eating as clean as I can.
