Day 37- HARDbody challenge

 

HARDbody workout

1 minute work each exercise, 20 seconds rest after last exercise, 4 rounds

1 leg push-up/Hop feet(1 leg push-up then hop your feet from side. middle to side)

Alternate Lunge/10 Mt Climbers(I held my sandbag to my chest as I lunged then dropped it down as I did mt climbers)

Elevated Push Up/ 2 Knee Tucks(elevate legs, push up then alternate knee tucks)

Stand to Plank(stand up then walk your hands down to plank position then walk them back to stand up)
