Day 36- HARDbody challenge

 

HARDbody workout

50 seconds work. 10 seconds rest. 4 rounds

Pistol Squats

Push-Up; Squat/Press(I willl push up on my sandbag, stand up holding sandbag to your chest, squat and press while in the squat position)

Sandbag Shovel to the R(bag should be on floor by left foot, grab with both hands and raise to opposite shoulder with arms out straight)

Sandbag Shovel to the L(bag should be on floor by right foot, grab with both hands and raise to opposite shoulder with arms out straight)

Reverse Pull-up(Put your sandbag on your quads and hips)

ABS

1 minute work, 1 round each, then 30 second rest. 3 rounds

In and outs

Sit ups(holding sandbag)
