Day 35- HARDbody challenge

I began with a 2 mile run… You will be happy to know that I did a 10:54 the first mile then a 10:10 the next 🙂 YAY me

HARDbody workout

1 minute work, 20 second rest, 3x time through, 75 jump rope, 1 minute rest:  then move on to the next exercise

Squat/Press- 20lb kettlebell and alternate by setting kettlebell down after you press then grab with the other hand

75 Jump Rope

1 mintue break

Elevated Knee Tuck

75 Jump Rope

1 minute rest

Elevated 1 Arm Push-Up(alternate)

 75 Jump Rope

1 minute rest
