Day 32- HARDbody challenge

 

 

I have yet to do my workout but will do this afternoon when the kiddo goes to her dad’s. I will run 3 miles and try to keep my new pace of 10:54

HARDbody workout

1 minute work and 20 seconds rest. Do each workout 3 times through, then go to the next workout

Elevated Plank: Knee Tuck

10 Prisoner Squat Jacks/ 2 Star Push-UpsYwide arms AND wide legs)

 

Leap Frog; Burpee(leap to 4 corners, then burpee)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

10 Standing Leg raises; Knee Up(alternate. I stood on a chair to make more difficult)

Squat/Press; Tuck Jump(after the squat/press, drop the weights then tuck jump)
