Day 29- HARDbody challenge

I have been searching for words to write about owning your own life and I came across this photo and quote. It’s a powerful thing to think about! Whether it’s in your work life, family life or your fitness life, YOU and only YOU have the ability to make your life better. I can’t make this decision for you but I can help you in your fitness journey once you have taken that step… For a while, I made excuses for not working out or eating healthy, “I’m a business owner, single mother, eating healthy is too expensive, etc etc etc” I hated feeling and looking like crap yet I did nothing about it! I took control! Will you?

 

HARDbody workout

50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest(4 rounds)

Runner Lunge/Kick(get in the runner stance then stand up and kick the leg to the opposite hand)

Reverse Pull-Up

Squat/ 1/2 burpee( hold a kettlebell on shoulder, squat, stand then set the bell down on ground then 1/2 burpee)

Straight leg DIPS/Knee Lifts(on chair)

3 MINUTE ABS(1 mintue each)

In and Outs

 Bicycles

Sit Ups
