Day 28- HARDbody challenge

I just wanted to take a quick second and remind you all that we are only 2 day away from our next check-in! The last 4 weeks have flown by and I hope that you are seeing and feeling amazing results! I know many of you are setting your own personal goals but I encourage you to publicly post your goals, where you are at and where you want to be. This will keep you motivated and the support will help keep you going when you feel like stopping. If doing this publicly isn’t your thing, then do them for yourself and keep track every 4 weeks or you can message them to me for added support. I will check up on you though 🙂 We have 70 more days until we need to reach our ending goals. Will you reach them? Begin now, you will not regret achieving the HARDbody you have always dreamed of. I don’t want to feel embarrassed in my bikini this summer and I know you all want to look smokin too!  No matter your ups and downs we will be a fitness community to always support and motivate. Join the HARDbody challenge now! You can start from the beginning workout or from the new challenge we begin on Wed. Don’t just follow my workouts, do them!!

I started with a  2 mile run

HARDbody workout

50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 4 rounds. Rest 1 minute after last round

Star Jumps(Feet close to together, with a flat back, squat until your finger tips reach the ground then burst into a star jump)

Star plank(plank position, hands on ground or on med ball for added instability, jump feet in and out)

 1 leg push-up/jump over(ball, sandbag or just jump over)

Leap frog/squat and press(jump forward, squat and press then jump backwards, squat and press repeat)

4 MINUTE ABS(1 min each)

Side Plank

Plank in/outs(plank position, knee raise to opposite elbow)

Bicycles

Leg ups/out (hands under butt, legs up straight in air not towards head, raise butt and legs off ground, then being legs out)

3 MINUTE jump rope
