Can you believe we are on day 21?!? Seems like yesterday that we started the HARDbody challenge! I will be posting my pictures again on April 11th. I urge you all to take a picture when you begin your journey and then take them every 4 weeks to track your progress. I would love if you would join me in the challenge, even I need motivation and support!
Last Friday I was at my studio and wanted to just check in on the scale and body fat calculator since I have been feeling great from my workouts. Again, as most of you know, I am not big on weighing myself and I won’t do this often because it’s more important to feel great in your clothes than a number that can fluctuate from a lot of factors. So here we go and not to toot my own horn here but I have lost 2 lbs and 2% body fat!! This is in only 2 weeks! I am very happy with the numbers and am exciting to see whats to come in the next 77 days! Remember, we had 98 days from when we first started the HARDbody challenge and wanted to give 4 weeks increments to check in with our goals. I hope y’all are finding the workouts challenging and are following a healthy eating plan. I post a lot of food ideas on my FB page so check them out there.
I started today with a 2 mile run
set your timer to 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
I did push-ups on the knees except for the last workout(since we are doing so many)
2 push-ups, 2 squat jumps
2 push-ups, 2 tuck jumps
10 mountain climbers, 10 high knees
Push-up, half burpee, row
Push-up, alternate touch knee to hand(your weight will be on one side as you lift your knee up and take your hand off the floor to touch knee)
