How are you feeling? We are on day 7, workout number 5. Are you feeling strong? I have to say, I feel my endurance building and my body getting stronger. I have passed that exercise hump, I crave it and nothing will get in my way. What an amazing feeling!
I killed my 3 mile run today without stopping or really feeling tired, I felt I could go on… I wanted to get this to you before too much later, even though I won’t be able to do the workout until this evening. So here ya go, this is what I will be doing tonight after 8pm
