Day 6- HARDbody challange

Here is my workout from today! It was a tough one for me, maybe because it’s Monday… haha

I started off with a 3 mile run

HARDbody workout

Set your timer to 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. I did 4 rounds of this!

Mt. climbers

Lunge back then to the side(switching legs)

Plank position, put a ball or sandbag or weight under your feet and jump over side to side holding the plank position


Squat, touch the ground and jump up

Reverse pull-up
