Day 3- HARDbody challenge

I did not start with a run today since the workout is extra intense today. If I am up to it, I will run later this afternoon. This is the workout that I just finished. It’s super tough, so push yourself! Remember, its FRIDAY!! This weekend is active rest, so kick this workout in the ass.

Set your timer to 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

Workout Breakdown:

1 Push-up + Burpee + Tuck Jump

Jump rope

Lunge jump (use weights, sandbag or med ball for a harder version)

Jump rope

Press up with Spider Knee

Jump rope

High Knees x 10 + Mountain Climbers x 10

Jump rope

Side Burpee & Oblique Abs

Jump rope

Push-up + Side Plank Twist + Oblique Drop

Jump rope

V Abs Left

Jump rope

V Abs Right

Jump rope

Hug Knees + Star Jack

Jump rope

Single Toe Touch Abs (use med ball for extra resistance)

Jump rope

Squat Jump (use sandbag, weights or med ball for weight)

Jump rope

1/2 Burpee + 1 Push-up

Jump rope
