Well well well…. I did NOT get my workout in today. Wanna hear why? Yeah, I didn’t think so… Let’s just say, with a sick and cranky kiddo and some super duper emotional ex husband stuff, it just didn’t happen… However, I did stay on track with my eating. Do you ever just have those days when everything just seems to be going against you? The best attitude to have is to not beat yourself up over it and just get on track the next day… I knew going into this, I would have some ups and downs. Take it in stride, right?!? I always tell my clients this: it takes 20-30 days to make exercise and eating healthy a daily habit and for our bodies to get adjusted to it all. I will take this in and let it ring true in my life. Just remember, in this thing called fitness, excuses will get you no where if you let them become everyday excuses…You know you should be exercising. We’ve all heard that physically active people are healthier. They’re less likely to develop heart disease, diabetes, and some cancer, they sleep better, and they feel happier and more energetic. Of course, a fit body looks better, too. But when it comes time to actually get out there and start moving, many of us have a long list of excuses not to exercise — too little time, too little energy, or we simply don’t like to work out.Let’s make this month of March excuse free! As Nike would say “just do it” Man, don’t they have the best slogan ever?!?! lol… I challenge you to wake up every morning with health on your mind. Every morning before I get out of bed I look at my FB and I follow a page that has daily tips/advice/workouts/diet etc that keeps me on track…If something like this would help you out, I also post on my FB page if you’d like to check it out www.facebook.com/fgptstudio
